Want to take your same ol’ same ol’ meals up a notch? Snaz up your roasted veggies, top a pizza or make stir fry with this simple flavored oil.
1 cup neutral oil
3 tablespoons Bird Fork Farm crushed dried hot pepper blend
Dash of salt
Combine oil, dried pepper flakes and salt to a pan on medium to low heat.
Let simmer for five minutes.
Do not allow the oil to smoke. If it smokes, reduce the temperature.
After 5 minutes, remove from heat and cool. Pour it into a jar.
Refrigerate and use within a month.
