Cornmeal from Red Clay Farm
Eggs from Circle S Farm
Cream from Orchard House Creamery

In a 6-7 inch cast iron
Preheat oven to 450. Oil your cast iron and let it warm up in there.
Mix wet ingredients:
2 pullet eggs or one normal eggs
1 cup raw cream
3 T avocado oil (or oil of your choice)

In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients:
1 cup of cornmeal
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda

Mix wet and dry ingredients together and pour into heated cast iron. Bake for 20 minutes.
