Big Plans Brewing

Starting this week, we are shifting our location within the Finely Stadium/Republic parking lot a few rows down away from Main St. and closer to the Chattanooga Brewing Company. You can still access us easily, and all the wonderful local goodies for sale, by parking on Chestnut Street or any available parking space surrounding the market.

I know this change may be a bit difficult, but the increasing amount of parking vehicles (who also have contracts with Finley/Republic) from the growing occupants of nearby newly-built residences have caused more complications and elevated the hazards of conducting a farmers market in a parking lot. To create a more pro-active positive environment, the market is shifting down a few rows.

We make this change the week of our second annual Winter Farmacy, which is a great time to celebrate your health in not-so-ideal climates. To ensure lower blood pressures and heightened enjoyment of both our customers and our vendors, we’ll keep the same layout just a bit further down. We’ll have bright new, easy-to-read signage directing you off Main St and you can access us the same as before.

Preemptively, we thank you for your understanding and patience during this move as it is just a small incremental step towards our bigger, better, permanent move—to Chattanooga Brewing!!!

The fantastic folks at Chattanooga Brewing are such strong supporters of the community that they want to give us a free, music-filled, family-friendly, bathroom-accessible space where we can be more sustainable and safe. Our partnership last year was just the start and we’re looking to lock in additional drink discounts, as well as, food specials that’ll appeal to everyone!

Like anything locally created, this relocation will take some time and will definitely be worth it. Feel free to ask vendors or Market Manager Tyler about their excitement regarding the anticipated upcoming possibilities. Here’s to a year-long market that helps prevent sickness and promote health, appeals to the richer or poorer and lasts for as long as we both shall live! See you Wednesday rain or shine!
