Quail Run Farm
Chattanooga, Tennessee
We are a local family owned farm in Lookout Valley, only 15 minutes south of downtown Chattanooga. We specialize in farm-raised meat production and creating destination experiences by providing Airbnb tiny homes and glamping yurts!
We breed and raise our herds and flocks on the farm, raising Black Angus cattle on pasture, Red Wattle hogs in the forest, and allowing our laying hens to free range. Our chickens and turkeys enjoy fresh grass every day through regenerative grazing.
Through our animals, we are able to sell the highest quality meat to you at an affordable price right in your backyard! Being located only minutes away from downtown Chattanooga allows us to open a market on the farm where you can come shop while also attending the local farmers markets where we bring the market to you.
We offer all cuts of pork to include bacon, sausage, chops, ribs, and more. Our beef is available in all cuts as well to include ground, as roasts, steaks, ribs, or even if you need a slab of brisket. Our poultry is available as chicken or turkey, offered in every cut and even some sausages such an Italian chicken bratwurst or turkey sausage links! Our hens do the heavy laying- providing us with lots of eggs in lots of colors- your dozen may have white, brown, or even green eggs too! We have recently been a-buzz adding 30 hives to the farm to give you a source for local honey as well.
In addition to being able to shop with us, you can stay with us too! We have three tiny home Airbnb’s available to rent, four canvas yurts to give you a glamping experience, and lots of pasture to camp on through HipCamp!
If you can’t stay overnight, be sure to come visit us. You can rent out the pool on-site and book a tour with us while you’re here so you can meet all the animals and we can get to know you. Our on the farm market is open Wednesday-Sunday, so if you ever want to just pop in to shop- we are here for you!
We love being a part of the Chattanooga community and are proud to be your one stop shop for all your local meat, eggs, and honey.
