Sequatchie Cove Cumberland CheeseWith a vision of making the highest quality raw milk cheeses available, the Creamery’s founders, farmers Bill Keener and Nathan Arnold, were inspired by traditional European alpine-style cheeses that have been made in small batches for hundreds of years.

They have been carefully studying these old-world practices, and have a deep respect for the health of the animals, plants, and environment that must be created & maintained to produce a truly unique cheese, reflective of the place and substance from which it comes.
