Walter Bates runs Hoe Hop Valley Farm and Parksville Pastured Poultry near Benton, TN. Hope Hop produces pasture raised eggs and chicken year round, along with seasonal produce including blueberries in July. Walter raises his birds outdoors with access to fresh grass and non-GMO feed. He also operates the first on-farm poultry processing facility in the state of TN.
